1. Do I have to have an account to start shopping?

No, you can shop as a guest. However, we highly recommend you sign up for an account with us to be our Member for absolutely FREE! This means that you get to save the hassle of keying in your details ever again. It saves you time and effort. Why not, right?

2. How do I join as a Member? 

To join us as a Member, simply sign up for an account with us for FREE! Click the 'Sign Up' button just above your Shopping Cart. You will immediately receive a welcome email from us to acknowledge your membership.

3. How do I join as a VIP Member?

To join us as a VIP Member, simply add the item "VIP Member" into your cart. VIP Membership costs $5/ annum and you will need to renew your membership on a yearly basis. You will find the item "VIP Member" in every product category. Alternatively, search it up in the search bar and the item should come up. Simply add this into your shopping cart and make payment. You will receive a welcome email from us to acknowledge your VIP Membership in 1-2 working days. Upon receiving this acknowledgement email, you will be able to sign in to your account and enjoy the benefits of being a VIP member.

6. What if there are missing items or parts in my parcel?

No worries at all. Simply take a picture of your item and email to orders@play-n-learn.com. Provide us your name and contact number so we can trace back on your order. We will quickly assist to resolve your issue. 

7. I'd like to purchase a bulk order. Will there be a discount?

For bulk orders on specific items, kindly email to orders@play-n-learn.com. We will get back to your request in 1-2 working days.

8. What are the payment options available?

At the moment, we only accept Debit and Credit Card payments via PayPal in our e-store. It's a hassle free shopping experience. If you don't have a PayPal account, you might want to consider signing up for free. 

When you make a payment via PayPal, you can choose how you want to pay for your purchases:

  • If you have sufficient PayPal balance to cover the payment, the amount will be deducted directly.
  • If you have linked a credit or debit card to your PayPal account, the payment amount can be deducted from your credit or debit card after you've depleted your PayPal balance. Your card information is not shared with retailers.

Alternatively, if you are only comfortable with doing a bank transfer, you can still make an order through our staff. Kindly send an email to orders@play-n-learn.com with your orders and we will contact you directly to assist you.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Drop us an email with your order at orders@play-n-learn.com and we will help you make all necessary arrangements.

10. How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

For local parcels, it may take up to 3-5 working days for Standard Courier. If you need your parcel urgently, you can opt for Express Courier which may take up to 1-2 working days. Alternatively, you may also do a self collection at 1 Genting Link #07-01 Perfect One Singapore 349518 to avoid delivery charges. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

For international parcels, it may take up to 2 weeks for your parcel to reach you. We will advise you with your tracking code upon order confirmation.

11. Can I opt for self collect to avoid delivery charges?

Yes, self-collection is available at 1 Genting Link #07-01 Perfect One Singapore 349518. We are open from Mondays to Fridays between 10am to 5pm. Be sure to contact our team at 6744 0660 prior to heading down to our office. Our friendly team members will be there to assist you.

12. I have a discount code/ voucher. How can I use them?

Upon checkout, key in your discount code/ voucher in the "Discount Codes" box and select APPLY. Your discount will be automatically included.

13. Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

We're afraid we do not allow changes or cancellation to be made to your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This is so that we can ensure smooth and efficient operations on our end to ensure a fast delivery to all our valuable customers.

14. Can I return or get a refund for items that I am not satisfied with?

We only accept returns that are in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of the date of purchase. However, the item amount will be refunded as store credits in your account. We also do not provide refunds for delivery fees as it is a service that was exhausted during the first delivery.

15. I purchased the wrong item. Can I do an exchange for another item?

In the event that you purchased a wrong item, or if you do not like the item you purchased and would like to exchange it for another item, you can do so at our office at 1 Genting Link #07-01 Perfect One Singapore 349518. We are open from Mondays to Fridays between 10am to 5pm. You may choose another item of the same or higher value. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

In the event that there is a price difference in your original purchase and your newly exchanged item, you will be asked to top up the difference in cash during the exchange at our office. No refunds will be given for exchanges of a lower value.

Be sure to contact our team at orders@play-n-learn.com within 14 days of the date of purchase prior to heading down to our office. Our friendly team members will assist you in the exchange process. Please also  note that an order can only be exchanged once.

16. In what currency are the items in this store priced at?

Prices stated this website are all in the Singapore Dollar (SGD).
